BSN Cell Mass - loading phase required?

Hi,
I recently purchased BSN cell mass, which i will be starting tomorrow. It says there is no loading required, but the salesmen who has been training for years recommended I load Cell Mass despite it saying that it does not require loading.
Anyone have any experience with it or any articles that may help me out.

If your going for body building go through the loading stage, if your just working out to be fit and look fit, don't go through the loading stage.
